WoW TBC Classic Anniversary: Guide to Less Popular Gold Farming Spots

Still struggling to get gold? Actually, there are tons of stable gold farming spots hidden in The Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary. It's just that everyone flocks to the popular spots, causing these truly efficient farming locations to be overlooked.

Today, I'll share some super-unpopular, low-competition, and consistently profitable gold farming routes in WoW TBC Anniversary. Some of these can be done even before level 70, and combining them with Skinning doubles the profit.

Below are the specific locations of these spots, along with the valuable materials and profits. If you want to farm gold reliably in The Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary, you can carefully read this guide.

It's worth noting that if you check Auction House prices on your server before setting off, your profits will be even higher.

WoW TBC Classic Anniversary: Guide to Less Popular Gold Farming Spots

Terokkar Forest

The first spot is Terokkar Forest. You can see several Skithian Dreadhawk camps on the map. You just need to cycle between camps clearing mobs. There are few people, the respawn rate is fast, and you don't have to compete for mobs at all.

The core farming spot here is Arakkoa feathers, which are consistently in high demand and have a stable price at Auction House. This is because there's a repeatable quest in Lower City, Shattrath–More Arakkoa Feathers. Players need to submit 30 Arakkoa feathers to improve Lower City's reputation, earning 250 reputation points upon completion.

You can farm as many Arakkoa feathers as possible, as improving reputation requires a large number of feathers, and players are constantly working to improve their reputation, so demand remains consistently high.

In addition, these Skithian Dreadhawks also drop cloth, raw silver, and occasionally green items. Farming them consistently yields substantial profits, making it a reliable way to farm WoW TBC Classic Anniversary Gold in Outland.

Nagrand

The second spot is in Twilight Ridge, located in western Nagrand. This area spawns a large number of Twilight Serpents, making it ideal for farming using Skinning.

Skinning a Twilight Serpent yields Cobra Scales, a highly valuable leatherworking material in WoW TBC Anniversary. It's needed for many advanced recipes, and its price remains consistently high in Auction House, with extremely high demand.

Killing a Twilight Serpent grants one Skinning session. Besides Cobra Scales, you can also obtain high-value leathers like Knothide Leather, allowing you to double your profits while simultaneously farming. If you're leveling Skinning, this spot is definitely one of the most comfortable gold farming locations in Outland.

Shadow Moon Valley

The third location is Shadow Moon Valley, specifically for farming Air Spirits. We'll return here later to farm other mobs.

Air Spirits have a chance to drop Mode of Air, which can be crafted into Primal Air, one of the most valuable raw materials in The Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary. Advanced crafting recipes and engineering items require a large amount of Primal Air, so it's almost always in high demand in the Auction House.

Even better, this area also spawns Shadow Serpents. If you're skilled at skinning, killing Air Spirits and then quickly skinning Shadow Serpents will maximize your efficiency and rewards.

Blades Edge Mountains

There are two incredibly good gold farming spots here: dense mobs, fast respawn rates, and abundant material drops.

The first is farming Aether Rays, which drop Mode of Mana, used to craft Primal Mana. Note that Aether Rays can also be skinned.

The second is farming Elementals, which drop Mode of Fire, used to craft Primal Fire. This is an essential material for Blacksmithing, Engineering, and Tailoring across all versions.

Next, we return to Shadow Moon Valley and head to Legion Hold around the demon camps to farm Warlocks and Demons.

The core drop is Fel Armament, an essential item for farming Aldor Reputation. Demand is extremely high, and the price remains stable across different servers. Besides Fel Armament, these monsters also drop a lot of cloth, raw silver, and green items.

Nethertorm

At this location, you can farm Nether dragons and Skinning them to obtain various high-level leatherworking materials, such as Nether dragon scales, which are very valuable in Auction House.

The best part is: many players come here to do quests and kill Nether dragons, but 90% of them don't learn Skinning. You only need to walk around the map, skinning Nether dragons that others have killed, and you can get a large amount of gold for free, without having to fight any monsters, which is very timesaving and effortless.

These are the least popular, least contested, and most stable spots in Outland for farming TBC Classic Anniversary gold.

Most players only focus on a few popular spots to farm gold, but these overlooked locations allow you to quietly farm materials and steadily earn gold. If you can combine skinning with this, you can also convert many monsters into additional leather and scale materials, obtaining even more gold.
