As subclasses in POE 2, Ascendancy Classes provide different styles of combat for each class. This increases the depth of the game’s direct construction and greatly improves playability.

Balbala Boss Tips

Ascendancy Classes can be unlocked after completing Trial of the Sekhemas. If you want to continue to enhance Ascendancy Classes, you will need Ascendancy Points.

However, Path of Exile 2 is a tough game. It is hard to complete Trial of the Sekhemas, and it is difficult for you to come to this area.

In Traitor’s Passage leading to the Halani Gates, Boss Balbala will block your path. If your hero is not strong enough, Balbala will kill you repeatedly, which will make you feel frustrated.

Let me briefly introduce some tips on how to defeat Balbala.

Balbala is a very aggressive boss. Her damage is very high, and many of her attacks are even fatal. If you have made sure that your equipment is up to the standard to challenge her, then you can give it a try.

You need to pay attention to her two skills: Dagger Flurry and Poison Mist. Dagger Flurry is a skill with no pre-swing and very high damage. She will throw many poisonous daggers at you. If you are unlucky enough to hit it and not be killed, your health will definitely be low. The best way to deal with Dagger Flurry is to circle around Balbala. I sincerely recommend that you use POE2 Currency to build some defensive items for your character, or bring more potions, because Balbala’s damage is really high!

When Balbala uses Poison Mist, she will become invisible. If you don’t avoid the poison, you will suffocate to death. The solution to this is to circle around the perimeter of the arena and try to find Balbala as quickly as possible. Once you find her, don’t attack her. She will attack you when she reappears. All you have to do is avoid her first.

These are some tips for dealing with Balbala. If you can’t defeat her no matter what, continue to complete the rest of Act 2 until you are strong enough to defeat her.

Trial Of The Sekhemas

Trial of the Sekhemas is a multi-room challenge. Entering these rooms will have various debuffs that require you to complete the challenge under these conditions. Some rooms will also give you an Honor bar, which will decrease every time it is focused, and the challenge will fail if it disappears completely. It functions a bit like health.

After you complete the challenge, you will come to the reward room. The reward room has a treasure chest and an altar. The two Ascendancy Points are on the altar.

Trial Of Chaos

If you want to get more Ascendancy Points, you need to go to Act III. Trial of Chaos in Act III will give you additional skill points. To unlock the Trial of Chaos, you need an Ultimatum. It can be dropped by defeating the regional Boss Xyclucian the Chimera in Chimeral Wetlands.

Trial of Chaos is a bit like the Trial of the Sekhemas, but it is more difficult than it. It does not have an Honor bar and there are no branching routes to the final Boss. Players can get rewards in each challenge room.

The first time you beat Trial of Chaos, you can get two Ascendancy Points. Repeating the challenge will not give you any more. However, you can choose to challenge Trial of Chaos again at a higher difficulty, so you can continue to gain Ascendancy Points.

POE 2 is a difficult game, and it is not easy to beat Trial of Chaos and the Trial of the Sekhemas. The character’s level needs to be several levels higher than the monster’s level. Players should try to use POE2 Currency to create perfect affixes for their equipment, or collect powerful items to be fully prepared before they have the strength to challenge these two Trials.
